Tip: Experiment with a higher golf tee height and observe how the ball launches – a higher launch angle often leads to more distance, even with the same swing speed.

2. Adjust Your Setup with Spine Tilt

Another important factor in hitting the ball farther is your setup. Adding a slight spine tilt away from the target will naturally help you hit up on the ball, rather than hitting it on a downward or level angle. This upward strike is essential for creating more carry and maximizing distance.

Tip: When setting up, feel as though your spine is angled slightly away from the target. This creates the proper body position to launch the ball high into the air. You should feel more weight on your back foot to maintain this tilt throughout your swing.

3. Optimize Energy Transfer and Release
