Performance Golf Return Policy

At Performance Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 365 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms:

Return Eligibility

  • 365-Day Return Window: You have a full year (365 days) from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund.
  • Condition of Returned Items: We accept items that have been used but are not destroyed. The item must be in a condition that allows it to be resold, with minimal signs of wear. Items that are excessively worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA): Before sending back your item, please contact our customer support team at support@performancegolf.com or call 800-523-5760 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received safely.

Return Instructions:

  1. Packaging: Package the product in the original box along with the original packaging. If the original box is unavailable, please have UPS or FedEx properly package the product for return.
  2. RMA Number: Write your RMA number clearly on the outside and on at least two sides of the box.
  3. Shipping Address: Ship your return to the following address:

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, Performance Golf will inspect the product. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue the appropriate credit to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as digital products, membership fees (e.g., Scratch Club), and trial subscriptions, are non-refundable as per our Terms of Service.

Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. The original item will be refunded once it is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return label and arrange for a replacement at no extra charge to you.

Final Sale Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
